When you submit information through a form, the free AI Visibility check, or a booking, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Services and proposals
Information on the Site is for general information and does not by itself create a contract. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate agreement or order between you and Breadchaser.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breadchaser is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law
